DESCRIPTION:The National Academies of Sciences\, Engineering\, and Medicine will host an Ad Hoc workshop planning for the addressing the rising mental health needs of an aging population in Washington\, DC on May 15 and 16. IMPACT multiple principal investigator Vincent Mor\, PhD\, is an invited presenter at the workshop\, which will cover the areas of: mental health and substance use conditions among older adults; strategies to improve the quality and capacity of mental health services for older adults; and ways to build and sustain comprehensive programs to support the well-being of older adults with mental health conditions\, among other topics. \nRegister for the workshop.
