DESCRIPTION:There will be an informational webinar for the sixth cycle of the AGING Initiative’s Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCCs) Scholars Program. \nThe program create by the NIH-funded Health Care Systems Research Network (HCSRN) and Older Americans Independence Centers (OAICs) AGING Initiative\, has created a cohort of emerging leaders who are committed to pursuing training and collaborative opportunities to align their research interests and agendas with issues relevant to the health and healthcare of older adults with MCCs. \nIn its sixth year\, the program will select up to 14 scholars in 2024. The scholarships will provide travel and accommodations for an overnight training workshop to be held April 24-26\, 2024 in the Washington DC area preceding the Annual Meeting of the OAICs. \nThe informational webinar will be held on Monday\, November 20 at 4pm ET / 3pm CT / 12pm PT. \nRegistration closed.

The GUIDE Model seeks to support people living with dementia and their family caregivers and care partners\, to promote comprehensive\, high-quality dementia care\, and to address health disparities in dementia. \nThe NDCC Autumn Summit is a virtual event\, free and open to all who are interested in attending.
