IMPACT Career Development Awardee, Natalie Douglas, PhD, CCC‐SLP, and Patient and Caregiver Relevant Outcomes (PCRO) Core member, Joan Carpenter, PhD, CRNP, ACHPN, describe the results from a pre-implementation qualitative study using 5 focus group with employees (N=27) from three nursing homes to assess implementation context prior to the implementation of dementia collaborative coaching, an communication coaching intervention for speech-language pathologists certified nursing assistants and people living with dementia.
