Enhancing Interpretation of Cognitive Changes in Alzheimer’s Intervention Trials: Application of Standardized Regression-Based Change Scores

IMPACT Career Development Awardee, Andrew Kiselica, PhD, among authors exploring the use of standardized regression-based (SRB) change indices to understand equivocal behavioral intervention trial results. 

Using trial data from the Digital Cognitive Multidomain Alzheimer’s Risk Velocity (DC-MARVEL) randomized controlled clinical trial (Gray et al., 2022; Gray et al., 2024), the research team provides an exemplar for the application of SRB indices to better understand equivocal clinical trial findings.
