Mobility Matters will hold a conference September 23 – 24 at the University of Colorado Anschutz.

The Mobility Matters Conference Series is a working think tank that brings together leaders to align evidence, implementation science, policy reform, workforce strategy, and technology innovation to improve functional recovery, independence, and quality of life for those living in skilled nursing facilities. Participants engage in collaborative problem-solving, strategic planning, and innovation grounded in research and real-world practice.

Mobility Matters is a national, interdisciplinary initiative advancing policy, research, clinical innovation, and scalable solutions to improve mobility outcomes for older adults in post-acute care, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
