IMPACT Implementation Core leaders Laura Gitlin, PhD and Joseph Gaugler, PhD, and Patient and Caregiver Relevant Outcomes Core member, Sheryl Zimmerman, PhD, write editorial argues against the conclusion that there are few or no interventions in care and support for people living with dementia that are ready for dissemination and implementation. The authors speak in favor of an adaptive approach and provide argument for its support.
