Multimorbidity patterns in adult day health center clients with dementia: a latent class analysis

IMPACT member Tina Sadarangani, PhD, RN, ANP-BC, GNP-BC is among authors to examine the interaction between dementia, chronic conditions, and social determinants of health as it pertains to adult day centers (ADCs) identifying and targeting their resources to better support clients with dementia. The purpose of the paper is to classify people living with dementia in ADCs according to their level of medical complexity and identify the demographic, functional, and clinical characteristics of those with the highest degree of medical complexity.
