Bio: Emily Largent, JD, PhD, RN, is an assistant professor in the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy and a senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Largent’s current research focuses on ethical and regulatory aspects of human subjects research, with a particular focus on Alzheimer’s disease research. In 2019, Dr. Largent received a K01 career development award from the National Institute on Aging to understand the research-related role of and effects of biomarker disclosure on study partners in preclinical Alzheimer’s disease research.
