IMPACT Collaboratory announces release of funding for the 2025 Demonstration Projects Program

The National Institute on Aging (NIA) Imbedded Pragmatic Alzheimer’s Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease-Related Dementias (AD/ADRD) Clinical Trials (IMPACT) Collaboratory s pleased to announce a Request for Applications (RFA) for the 2025 Demonstration Projects Program.

The IMPACT Collaboratory will fund up to two Demonstration Projects, each providing up to $800,000 in total direct costs over a 24-month period. These awards will support full-scale, Stage IV effectiveness embedded Pragmatic Clinical Trials (ePCTs) (based on the NIH Stage Model). Projects must evaluate the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions embedded within health care systems for people living with dementia (PLWD) and their care partners. The goal of the Demonstration Project is to generate evidence on effective care delivery practices that can be expanded and implemented in other systems.
