This program supports the immersion of mid-career investigators within a health care system to foster mutual learning, strengthen partnerships, learn about system priorities, and co-design an intervention and implementation strategy to lay the groundwork for a future ePCT in dementia care. Awards are for 12-months and up to $120,000 (direct).
