Elaine Bergman, MS, is the lead of the Communications and Knowledge Dissemination Team for the NIA IMPACT Collaboratory and a senior project director within the Palliative Care Research Center at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute for Aging Research at Hebrew SeniorLife. Elaine has managed multiple non-pharmacologic clinical trials aimed at improving care quality for people living with advanced dementia in Boston-area nursing homes.

Bio
Ama Donkor, MPH, is a health specialist with experience in quality improvement, pragmatic trials, and clinical research studies management. She serves as a clinical trials specialist and is the NIA IMPACT Collaboratory coordinator and NIA Edward R. Roybal Centers coordinator. Ama is responsible for working with principal investigators with clinical trials to ensure compliance with NIA and NIH policies. She also supports the Division of Behavioral and Social Research (BSR) program staff to monitor and manage clinical trials in accordance with DBSRs priorities and milestones. Ama received both her MPH with an urban health concentration and BS in health science from Northeastern University.
