IMPACT Pilot Grant Awardee Jennifer Gabbard, MD publishes results paper. Through a pragmatic clinical trial, this study demonstrates the feasibility and preliminary effectiveness of delivering serious illness conversations (SIC) intervention (TeleVoice) via telehealth, emphasizing the potential of telehealth to enhance care delivery for persons living with cognitive impairment. The findings highlight the need for further exploration of telehealth strategies in dementia care and the integration of SIC interventions into routine clinical practice.
